I like the terminology was usable for parents and kids. It’s something they can inter-web in daily conversations.

Historia
Thirty years after its publication, The Death and Life of Great American Cities was described by The New York Times as "perhaps the most influential single work in the history of town planning....[It] can also be seen in a much larger context. It is first of all a work of literature; the descriptions of street life as a kind of ballet and the bitingly satiric account of traditional planning theory can still be read for pleasure even by those who long ago absorbed and appropriated the book's arguments."

It’s a better review then what you learn in school
Revisado: 01-04-23
This book basically challenged all my other thoughts and learning from school and had me think deeper as I was driving around different areas and looking at the life and death of neighborhoods and cities, and really put into my understanding in my review. It helped consider into my thoughts about why they are, what they are, and what they have become, and what they could have been? In many ways this book would probably be the best book for the local governments for failing cities to read and to use.
