Beautiful and warm story

I have been all about cozy vibes and found family trope so this book was perfect. I loved learning the struggles that Tap faced being an immigrant but then the people she met along the way didn’t even think twice to befriend her
Overall a beautiful and warm story that made me long for more. The narrator did a fabulous job as well. I can’t wait to read more from Julie in the future!

With this being done by someone not human, I thought I wouldn’t like it but it actually did the inflections and voices well.
It was a fun and light story. I can’t wait to read more!

Cute abs cozy Christmas book

I happened to just be scrolling through Audible and looking for something cute and cozy and stumbled upon this and I’m in love! I adore the main characters and it still is fast paced and interesting.
I immediately went and got the next 2 books and can’t wait to continue. This is more about the characters but the plot is definitely an interesting concept to find out the “whodunnit” part of it.
Perfect cozy holiday read!

I started reading Freida’s books and can’t seem to stop. This one had many twists and turns and the epilogue… wow. I thought I predicted where it was going and it would go in a different way. This may be my favorite read so far!

I’ve fallen in love with all of Danielle’s characters and I love all these side stories and extra characters she’s brought in.
These are cozy and warm and lots of found family and belonging.

I love hearing these other stories from the books I originally read where they weren’t main character. Lacey was always a fun one and I loved getting to know her. This one was more high stakes compared to her others but I loved the political intrigue and sassy-ness of Lacey.

Over all, the narrator did an amazing job and I can’t wait for the next one!

Amazing series

I am so invested in this story. It’s a tougher read (for me) but I adore the relationships that have developed so far in the series and Shaye is one of my new favorite FMCs
Highly recommend if you want shorter stories with well thought out characters and plot but maybe on the darker side then most mysteries.

Wow…

I have been putting this book off for a while and I’m sad I did! It has combinations of ACOTAR and Throne of Glass with vampires thrown in.
I love a strong FMC but also liked that she questioned, basically, her existence.
I enjoyed getting to know a lot about the characters. There not a ton of world building in here but I prefer that as I just want action and movement in the story.
Overall I really enjoyed it and it ended on a good note. Not a cliffhanger but still wanting to find out what will happen next as there’s sure a lot of … drama to come :)

I enjoyed the shortness but it was a full thought out story. I enjoyed they all took place in the same town with different characters.
