He assumes the audience knows the meaning of a law/policy/number, etc but while I am trying to figure the true meaning…he’s sing-songing his way to another good point. He has sooo much memorized knowledge and throws in his personal pet names for MSNBC, etc that he is very difficult to follow…even though I turned the voice speed DOWN 3 notches. Great info here but hard to take it all in properly!🥴🤷♀️
