I found this book to be a great overview on flavonoids. Also the reader was good. If this was an AI narrator, I am impressed. The pronunciation of flavonoids was different than how I would pronounce it but I got used to it. Overall great book.

After listening to YouTube summaries I was excited to purchase this audible book. Honestly, this audio book is hard to follow. The author reads way too fast and is not expressive. It is like he is just trying to get through it as fast as possible. Also I do not like the references back to website all the time. I am going to listen to it again.

So I am only on chapter 7. I have to say this book is dense with so much great information. There is no wasted words or space.
The narrator reads fast. At 1.0x, it is like listening to other books at 1.2 or 1.5x. I realize I think it is because there is so much info to share.
What may make this book and the narration tough for some is that the info and insights come at you non stop. I am thinking. I agree. Great point. I need to remember that. Interesting. Followed by the next interesting point. And then the next one.
It is part of the ‘free’ collection but I just may end up buying it.
