the reader was like monotone

Like the story

The story was really good, however, having robot read for you was most annoying. I had to listen to most chapters 3 or four times, because of the inflections, etc. I advise using a real narrator next time. I really love the story and the storyline. I love the characters. It was a really interesting book. But again, it was so hard to get through. I can usually do a book like this in a day, but it took me a week to read two books.

I’m living all Mark Tufo series… I listened to all 6 books in 7 days. I know there is more to this one. You leave us laughing and at the edge, wanting to drink it up, and wanting more! Don’t ever stop writing!
Shaun Runnette is an amazing narrator, and keeps you in suspense, laughing, stressed, and is a joy to listen to.
I wish he narrated all audible books!

Stop Changing Readers in the middle of a series

Would you listen to Midst Toil and Tribulation again? Why?
Doubtful, the reader seems like he is on the edge of succumbing to the vapors at any minute
Would you be willing to try another one of Kevin T. Collins’s performances?

Any additional comments?
If it is necessary to change readers in the middle of a series at least make the effort to make sure the new guy pronounces the names of the characters the same as in the previous volumes. This guy sounds like some kind of failed Shakespearian wannabe.
