Very well written. As a person in sales & leadership for 20+ years this book was a great reminder & refresher of the sales process vs leadership. It helps you define your WHY to aid in your decision to be an individual contributor or sales leader, leading you to your purpose & passion

There are tips, for the interviewer & interviewee, on how to prepare for the job interview as a sales person or leader.

This book can help you define:
1. The next step in your career or that you are happy and meant to be an individual contributor.
2. The sales leadership role & how to be a successful sales leader.
