Tools for New Leader Success
Rebecca sheds light on a role that is often missing significant training, as well as provides beautiful insight to rectify the gap in learning. The same skills that got the new leader into their position are not the same that will help them succeed while they are there. Must Read for Every First Sales Leader
Why do so many sales leaders fail? Lack of training. 80% of sales leaders are given no training once being promoted into leadership. Talk about being set up to fail.
This book has lots of actionable practical advice that set up foundation, how to lead, how to manage up, understanding business alignment and so much more.
As a seasoned sales leader, I wish I had the training and a book like this when I took my first role!

Not every top performing individual contributor is meant to be a sales leader & that’s ok
Very well written. As a person in sales & leadership for 20+ years this book was a great reminder & refresher of the sales process vs leadership. It helps you define your WHY to aid in your decision to be an individual contributor or sales leader, leading you to your purpose & passion
