I've been hearing about iodine deficiency syndrome for quite a few years now but this is by far one of the best, all in one place, answer every question you might have book I have come across. I purchased the audiobook to listen on commutes but also got the Kindle edition because there are so many clickable very useful links in the book. this book needs to spread far and wide.
