Well researched, life changing and inspiring information. For me, some of the most surprising take aways from it is that if supplemented properly iodine is not toxic in much bigger quantities than the recommended RDA but actually necessary for health and life in contemporary times for reasons described at length in the book. Another impressive feature are the numerous personal anecdotes and testimonials, which testify for the usefulness of iodine application in many different cases.
