Historia
University of Aurora wasn’t my first choice to pursue my photography degree. Nor was some random apartment with three bros my first choice for housing. Yet here I am, surrounded by mountains on campus and three hot, but annoying – and sometimes downright hateful - bros in Seth, Hunter, and Lucas at home. I’m trying to ignore it all: the mess, the wild parties, and the fact that they pass the same woman between them like some kind of trophy. Yet as each day goes by, my hot, annoying, alpha-hole RoomHates are somehow turning into something that I can’t seem to resist.

Female Character Sucked
Revisado: 01-09-25
Rachel, the female lead character, was a push over glutton for abuse. I couldn’t get past the 7th chapter. She paid rent for an apartment and acted like the roommates were her boss. Seth was a verbally abusive man child. Lucas was a grumpy get wit and Hunter was a quarter decent but three quarters not. I get it Rachel was 18 and a freshman a long ways from home, but come on you got to have some type of maturity to you and a back bone if you’re going to go to school so far away from mommy and daddy. This book had me yelling at Rachel the whole time because she acted real stupid. I didn’t finish the audiobook and don’t think I will. This is just my opinion.

Historia
He'll never let me go. I'll never stop running. I’m unbreakable. So, when the bratva try to get me to throw my championship fight, I flip them one middle finger. Then two. After I’ve decimated their opponent and pummeled him into the ground. I’m surrounded, outmanned, outgunned. My only option is to fight my way out. I think I’m all alone until a familiar voice says, “Play fair now. The lady gets to beat you, one at a time."

Not what I expected
Revisado: 12-12-24
I was looking for a dominant strong kickass female lead. I got that but I wanted the story to be more action and fighting. This was more feelings and romance than action and killing. I could have done without the accents. They were meh. The female lead was suppose to be Philippine but the accent sounded Russian. The male lead was described as having a British accent but only sounded like an actor reciting Shakespeare. There are moments that grab my attention but then there were overly descriptive scenes and with the not that good accents made it hard to listen to. I cannot say it was a bad story. It was just not what I was looking for to read.
