Read this if you’re looking for an easy and fun read! The characters are well developed in the storyline is fun and engaging! I love the narrators. I appreciate the male and female voices; such an engaging way to experience an audiobook!

Fantastic and unexpected thriller! Even when I believe, I had it all figured out; I still had no idea! A story of revenge & reaching karmic equilibrium!
If you are waffling on this read,m- save yourself the time, and just read it or listen to it!
This is my first Frieda McFadden novel. I look forward to reading more of her books in the future! The narrator was so compelling and so talented at manipulating her voice that I kept forgetting that I was listening to a book -read by the same person throughout!!

Grabbed me within a few chapters

After reading ‘Things, We Never Got over’ by Lucy score I was determined to find a near- replacement. Although I did not fall in love with this book as immediately as I did, the aforementioned title, by about 1/4 of the way into it, I was hooked. You will not regret this download. I liked it so much I read the audio and the hard copy whenever I could. I highly recommend this book if you enjoy good romance novels with plots, fashion, and love for New York City. The city itself is a character in this book. The performers of the audiobook did a fantastic job reading this, and keeping even the most distracted, audiobook, listener engaged.

Reading this book, sent me on a trajectory of consuming one romance novel a week for the last 4 months. I’ve been trying to find books to fill the void since finishing this! Lucy Score knows how to write romance genre within a compelling mystery/thriller/drama.
I highly recommend reading this book, whether you were looking for a romance novel to take your mind off of things, or a drama/thriller that will keep you engaged and wanting more. Do not be intimidated by the length of this book… You’ll wish it was longer when you finish the second epilogue, too! But worry not, there’s a ‘BOOK 2’ of this audiobook-series being released in February 2023!!!!
