Absolutely loved the story, characters, felt for all involved. Being male didn’t know if I would like this and at fist had doubts but after a few chapters really got into this and throughly enjoyed the book. Highly recommend this especially if interested in the Titanic like I am and the reason I purchased the audio book.

Great Heart felt novel for all generations!

Growing up in the era just following my brothers early double tour in Vietnam, this hit home like a sledge hammer. Following his return home I wore his army fatigues and boots he had shipped home. I now wonder if this may have caused issues for him but I did it out of respect not knowing. He taught me to use firearms, his service 45 along with high powered rifles, never took it up but appreciated the time together. While camping outside with him, learned he could sleep with a loaded 45 under his head, I didn't get up during the night to pee. He never to this day spoke of the horrors he endured. Only indication he suffered was one veterans day 20 years later while at work, he broke down and cried uncontrollably for hours, no one could communicate with him and he never spoke about it. Now suffering from COPD brought on by agent orange and unable to talk, the horrors/memories will now be taken to the grave.
Great Read and will re-read again, highly recommend.

Incredible Book!!!

Brilliantly written, honored all the victims and heroes of 911. The narration is perfect throughout. The detail of the tragedy is very extensive and well laid out. No matter how much TV coverage you may have watched of 911 this book will enlighten you to the real horrors and miracles that took place that day.

If author adds book 11, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it. Because of this series, I purchased other books from this author and narrator. The author not only makes you wish you knew the characters but be with the characters in the book. Look forward to any book/narrator publishes.
