A must have, for any serious American historian

This book is a great piece of reference material to help anyone gain a Fuller perspective of the history and struggle of civil rights movement of the 20th century. The history of the fight for liberation was more nuanced then the oversimplification of MLK stand on the capital steps giving his "I Have A Dream " speech. The outward physical confrontations with White mobs like the KKK, and the internal battles within the leadership of many black organizations attempting to reconcile both personal and political positions about the necessity off of armed self resistance.

A great "How To Book" to get your life in order!

I have served in the US Army for over 20 years. and many of the tool Mel Robbins shared in this book are many of the same ones I have personally used to navigate during my career. Now as a small business owner, Mel has brought these tools and skills set back into my life. Much needed and right on time.

the book material was phenomenal, however the audio level fluctuates from time to time. All & all, this book is an essential tool to help small business owners who are struggling in being successful, in themselves and in their business. A definite must read.

SO MANY GOLD NUGGETS!

I purchased this book looking to learn more about contractors and how developed their cost estimates and run theirbusinesses. I ended up learning so many short comming in my own business that I have began to work the issues to help grow my Inspection consulting company. if you are a business owner anyways related in the construction industry, this is a most have if you want to grow your business.

I've listened to this audio book mutiple times. And each time I listen to it again, I see the places that I've stumbled and what I need to do to get back on the horse, and go ALL IN!
