Virtual voice didn’t work well- mispronounced words and improper inflection take away from the story.
The characters are lovable and the wholesomeness is a very welcome change! Each book is short and to the point without drama that isn’t repetitive and drawn out for endless chapters. I spent a lot of time frustrated over the virtual voice; correcting mistakes or adding life to the author’s words.
If you’re looking for a story with morals and values, this is a great one. I’d listen to this author again.

Maybe I’m not the norm, but I’m absolutely bored with a large portion of what the world is producing currently.
I’m extremely impressed with the author’s ability to bring actual human traits into a story with God at the core of it.
The story opens your heart and soul to what really matters in life without preaching. It’s real life in all its glory- both light and dark.
When life knocks you down, remember that you are what you digest. Maybe it’s time to look at what we’re feeding our spirit and change our diet. Nothing replaces reading the Bible, but if you’re looking for something that will feed your soul, this is a good book to read.
