Excellent presentation. Very informative and engaging. Lined out the areas that I have been questioning since this was recommended to me for my fibromyalgia. I thought I was doing it but now I realized how much I didn't know and feel so much more empowered to try with better understanding of Keto. Thank you, Will definitely look for other courses you are offering. Almost everyone is able to benefit from the use of the ketogenic diet. It is different compared to some of the other diet plans that are available on the market, but this is part of what makes it so successful compared to the other diet plans. When you are ready to start losing weight and improving many other aspects of your health, then make sure to try out the ketogenic diet to help you out. Thanks so much- an excellent course to help me get started on keto; easy to understand explanations and the diagrams really helped me as I'm a visual learner! Now that I understand the basics I'll be recipe searching :-)

So important to know what it is that you can self assess, and what you cannot. Joseph lays a nice framework for how you can, and do, build yourself up or tear yourself down. It is worth hearing this from an expert in the field, which Joseph is. He helps lead you through this self discovery with humor and a kindness that is helpful in your discoveries. Do the actions he asks, it will really help. Very much enjoyed the course and learned a thing or two about myself and how to understand others in the "Search for Self".

This is a good read, to the point, honest and objective. It is not forcing you to believe, it gives you options and points out facts. Should be a required read for high schools. Very informative. UFO's are real. Too many people have seen and reported on them. Air Force pilots, scientists, law enforcement, people from all walks of life. We just don't know where they come from yet. The existence of aliens/extraterrestrials remains unstated either way.
