I found Start Building Your Confidence & Self-Esteem by Christian Joseph to interesting and enlightening. The lectures were well constructed and easy to follow. I found Joseph to be engaging, informative and honest. Joseph reinforced the message that change doesn’t come about unless you make the effort. This introductory course on building confidence and self-esteem made me want to further explore what Joseph has to offer. Recommended.

This book was INCREDIBLY educational for me. I recently left a very toxic friend group of which I had been a part for many, many years. I am infinitely better off in my life now (this audible provided the insight that my sense of self-worth and my overall self-esteem is much better and more stable than at probably any other time in my life). But most fascinating was the section discussing to create a step-by-step action plan to support yourself as you build your self-esteem. With essentially each of the few methods outlined, I could name at least one old friend who was infamous for that kind of behavior. It was immensely enlightening and frustrating, in a way.
Thank you for being an accessible presenter! This is the first course of yours that I've taken on Audible, and I will certainly take a few more. Grow in authenticity and self-confidence

I like the way it is being presented. Little bits of information at a time. It`s easier to digest. Content is good. I`m pretty confident in some areas but not others. This will help me to take action where my confidence is low.

I learnt about the way negative feedback could increase self esteem due to one thinking that there are worldly prejudices against oneself.

I hesitated about purchasing this course because I don’t think of myself as someone with low self esteem or confidence. However when I thought about the lack of action I’m taking in my life, I realised this was probably down to exactly that, lack of confidence in me. Perception of what I think other people see in me. This course has made me realise that other people’s perception of me doesnt matter, or that the way my mind continually over analazes future situations is not the truth and can be altered by taking action first, lots of action!! The Access and integrate powerful self-esteem building tools is a massive bonus and an eye opener. I have a list of actions to be getting on with and definitely feel more confident about taking them. Direct, to the point and enlightening. Learned a lot about myself, my mind and other people.
