I have always loved RC Brays performance in this series. That being said, we are in on book 16 (+) of the series and the formula has definitely run its course for me. As much as I've enjoyed the world building, the constant interrupting tangents had me literally sighing at my phone. Not because they're boring, but because they are absolutely unnecessary and so constant. What makes it worse is that I actually enjoy the story when we get to it... EVENTUALLY...but the book ended up being 4 hours of story and 13 hours of filler. I don't think I'll be able to do this again any time soon. Please tell me a story.

Did not know what to expect from this book, and what a surprise. The overt gaming and 80s references were fun to recognize, and even more fun to dig into when it became obscure. i have chapters of side notes for things to look up and go back to. Will did a great job performing. I couldn't get used to his voice at first because it kept sounding like he making a question with every sentence, but he showed a GREAT ability to portray characters differently, and emphasize their attributes. Great job. Great read.

Picked this book up against my wishes. My friends said "DO IT" but my childhood said "RUN AWAAAAAAY". One of the best productions I've ever seen. The voice acting was spot on. The story, enthralling. Stephen King is an author you recognize, but still keep listening to, and for good reason. It was fun and scary to jump back into my childhood.

The narrating was great, and the story was rife with nostalgia and the curious mind of what it once was to be young again. The portion of the trial was actually very exciting while the rest of the book was more layed back. Still a wonderful rendition.
