i wish i could say this was insightful writing, but it’s not. you will not learn” how to”, although there is some solid advice in the answers the ProDomme provide to the author. We don’t need to know about the Authors political views , her sophomoric realizations nor her account of a political scandal. in the end it isn’t so much about how to be a dominant than the author’s story of meeting mistresses as if some columnist assigned a fluff piece.

The day when my guardian angel managed to throw my F-86F half a second from becoming a fireball in the desert, up into a clear sky, way above what would have been the impact point. If she hadn't done this, if she hadn't spared my life time after time in the 80-some years that we've been together, I wouldn't have written this book that brings those strange times together, and suggests why we choose any lifetime in the first place.

good for those new to lifestyle

after 30+ yrs in the lifestyle, i can honestly say i agree with maybe 90% of the info in this book as it pertains to those starting to explore BDSM and advice i myself have given many newcomers. Read well, in a pleasant voice without wasting a lot of your time. I will be recommending this book to those starting their journey. I would disagree with the title. while this information will prevent some frustration or mistakes which can become serious, it won’t guarantee you are either heathy or happy.
