I really enjoyed reading this book. I'm a beginner in some platforms and J. E. Ford's book helps me in understanding the differences and strategies for each one.
Now, with Berger's comprehension, I know which platforms use and got good advice to take advantage of them I do recommend this book.

I listen to this audiobook with big interest. This is really an excellent audiobook. Self-discipline is simply the learning to give cautious thoughtfulness regarding yourself and other individuals' feelings.

Some really great recipes. Very creative and tasty. More to try and looking forward to seeing if inflammation reduces. Too early to tell yet but even if it does not there are some great healthy meals for everyone - meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. Madeline has thought about and provided tasty ideas for us all.

A good starter book if you're trying to cut gluten/dairy, etc. from your diet. Each recipe is labeled "gluten-free, dairy-free," etc, but not all recipes are gluten/dairy-free or vegan, so be careful. As someone who is trying to do an elimination diet, this book is helpful, but I still can't eat every recipe. Still, it's packed with a lot of helpful information for beginners, so it's not a bad cookbook to add to your collection.

Great tool for someone with anxiety such as myself. So far, I am noticing the negative thoughts that create my anxiety and am learning how to stop them in their tracks. Take the time to review these notes as you progress through the book, you will learn a lot.

The techniques contained in this book are very simple and anyone can apply them. However, in order to change your life, you have to take action. If you listen to the book, but you don't apply the techniques, you'll continue having the same problems you have now.

I have experienced the effects of intermittent fasting, the advice given in this book will greatly improve one's health. This book was a perfect simplification of the basis of insulin function, diabetes, and how to get onto the ketogenic diet. This book clearly defines the steps you should take to start living healthier.

I like this book "Intermittent Fasting: Build Muscle, Burn Fat, and Lose Weight Fast with Intermittent Fasting" because it is easy to understand and easy to implement. The content and narration are excellent and very practical. I'm excited now because I KNOW I can have an eating and fasting pattern like this one and a newbie like me won't have issues with it.
