Historia
For twenty-five years, I believed there wasn’t much to my mundane life. Then, the unimaginable happens, landing me in a world that shouldn’t be real, yet feels oddly familiar. A father I didn’t know existed is dying and only their king can save him. Except he’s refusing to do so unless I make good on the contract I supposedly signed…five hundred years ago. King Asher is beloved by his people, too attractive for his own good, and…a wolf god. He calls me his mate and his future queen, but I’m neither of those things. I’m just a human who was in the wrong place, at the wrong time.

The betrayal!!
Revisado: 04-08-25
This was such a fast-paced read with wolf shifters, a curse that needs breaking, and a lost love that pulls at your heart. I really loved Isla! She was so relatable. And Asher? He’s a keeper!! I loved how patient he was with her. The worldbuilding was so fun to imagine, and of course the meddling gods are up to no good. The narrators, Lucas Webley and Michelle Sparks brought the characters to life. It was an addicting listen!
The ultimate betrayal is coming...but the real question is, will everyone survive?

The Iris were sent to us from the stars, but their rule is controlling and oppressive. Every season, we send our brothers and sisters to the marriage drafts . . . but the selected never return. My world falls apart when my best friend and I are drafted to compete for the hand of Esterra’s most eligible bachelor, the devastatingly handsome Iris prince. As an elemental fae, it should be the greatest honor, but the competition is filled with violence. I question my true purpose as we fight to survive in games rigged against us.

Strong FMCs
Revisado: 04-07-25
This is an interesting world that the authors have created. I was drawn in with the two POVs that the story follows Aella and Arianwen. Their paths go on different routes and I wasn't sure what would happen till everything was revealed at the end!! I really enjoyed the magical elements, world building, and strong FMCs that we got in this one. Oh, naughty authors and of course that hook was so good! I'm biding my time for the next audiobook to release soon. The narrator Nikole Fikes elevated the story for me with the tones and inflections used. I felt like Fikes embodied their characters seamlessly! I was hooked till the very end.

Love this world!
Revisado: 04-07-25
This is such an interesting world the author created. I really enjoyed it, and I loved that I didn’t feel lost at all. You can totally read this one as a standalone. It’s definitely a dark read, so make sure to check the CW. There's a captor/captive dynamic and a little bit of Stockholm syndrome for the FMC, but stay with it. She's also naive at first, but it makes sense given how she was raised and what she was exposed to. As the story moves forward, she starts to learn more and really begins to blossom. I actually loved the Dark Raider. I got major Robin Hood vibes from Dark Raider. The narrator, Kasi Hollowell is brilliant with her narration and I was addicted till the very end. Kasi used a variety of tones and inflections for all of the characters. Love her narration skills.
I'm curious to learn more about the magic abilities in this world, and I can't wait to see where the story goes next.

An addicting listen!!
Revisado: 04-05-25
A cunning monster is lurking in the darkness biding his time to strike...
This one started slow with setting the story but once it got moving it was SO good! The character is such a relatable character and I couldn't help but root for her and for the officer as well since he has a story that is revealed. Such an addicting listen thanks to the narrator, Jacci Prior. I really felt like Jacci embodied Jessica's character very well. The tones and inflections used were spot on. I binged this one in a day. It was that good!
Will Jessica survive or will she be it's last slaughter before the monster vanishes again?

Whirlwind family saga
Revisado: 03-14-25
What a whirlwind of a story! The characters are so complex, some you love to hate and then suddenly you just love them to pieces. The writing completely pulls you in, weaving juicy family secrets that keep you hooked. I loved picturing Cape Cod, and by the time the story hit the Atlantic Ocean, I couldn’t stop reading. The scenes were so vivid it felt like watching a movie.
This is family drama at its finest, and I truly hope there’s more to come because I just adore Lochlann. Xe Sands’ narration was fantastic, bringing out every emotion from the characters. I loved getting lost in this story!

When children go missing, and the Humans have no leads, I'm the one they call. I am their last hope in bringing home the lost ones. I salvage what they cannot. Crossing into Ogre country is dangerous when you're a polite, respectful gal. Which means we all know I'm in for a wild ride, despite the new back up I've brought along. Even when things start to go sideways, and enemies close on us from every side, I still believe we have the upper hand.

Ogre Country + Unicorns!!
Revisado: 03-04-25
Oh the emotions!! I’m still dealing with a book hangover!!
I don’t think I have ever cried over a character so much, so that has got to speak volumes of the author's writing skills. For her to write these other characters and have a reader love them and then feel their pain is a win in my book. So much went down in the fifth installment, we got some answers and more questions popped up. I love that this salvage had unicorns!!
The narrators, Lauren Fortgang, and Dan Bittner did a wonderful job portraying the characters. The tones and inflections used are great. This one was intense, and action packed. I loved going into Ogre country and meeting some new characters. Can't wait for the next audiobook to release. I'm ready for Rylee to go kick some demon's a$$!!

Revisado: 03-03-25
Bloodyhell!! Just when I think these books cannot get any better I get surprised!! So much was revealed in this book and we do get to see Liam, Alex, Pamela and more characters. Also there is a fun battle with DRAGONS!! Dragons!! I was over the moon to see Blaz. There was also a devious plot twist that I didn’t see coming and it was so good. The narrators, Lauren Fortgang, and Dan Bittner do a wonderful job portraying their characters and Lauren does a great job portraying several of the secondary characters. Together they truly breathe life into the characters.
Read this series!! Filled with fighting, action, romance, and suspense!! Love it!!

Druids, zombies and more!
Revisado: 03-02-25
The third installment in the Rylee Adamson series just keeps getting better and better. The story is fast paced with great banter, a spitfire FMC, and with wonderful secondary characters. Several heartbreaking discoveries were made in this book. Rylee had to fight against some druids, necromancers and zombies and the scenes are incredible to picture. I can't wait to see what happens next in this world. Rylee, Alex, and Pamela are a fantastic team and one to watch out for. The narrators Lauren Fortgang, and Dan Bittner did a great job. Lauren does a wonderful job portraying Rylee and many of the other characters while Dan portrays Liam. It was great to hear Liam's voice and I can't wait to hear more from Liam's side.

“My name is Rylee, and I am a Tracker.” When children go missing, and the Humans have no leads, I’m the one they call. I am their last hope in bringing home the lost ones. I salvage what they cannot. Underestimating demons is a bad idea, and it’s a mistake that may cost me not only my own life but the life of a missing child. Revisado: 03-02-25
I absolutely love this series!! Once again Rylee is on a salvage and is on a race against time. Rylee has so many things against her. I was on the edge of my seat as Rylee came against vampires, witches, ogres, guardians, demons and so much more. This series just keeps getting better and better and I don’t know what will happen next with Rylee and Liam. I love this world! The narrator, Lauren Fortgang does an amazing job bringing Rylee and the rest of the characters to life. Her tones and inflections are spot on, bringing this world to life. This is a must read series!

This one delivers!
Revisado: 03-02-25
I listened to this book in one day, and all I can say is OMG!! It was completely addicting! High stakes, witty banter, a fierce and loyal Queen, and betrayal. So good! Plenty of steamy scenes to keep you clutching your pearls, too. I loved how the Civil War raised the stakes, keeping me on the edge of my seat. And that ending? I was grinning like a damn fool. Well played, Shannon. I can’t wait to see what’s next. I’m here for it!
The audiobook was fantastic! The narrators, Tillie Hooper and Will Peters did an amazing job bringing the story to life. Their voices captured Diana and Raven perfectly, adding depth and emotion to every scene. The delivery was spot on. A must listen for audiobook lovers!
