Historia
In the realms of The Memory Thief, memories are currency that can be traded for goods, services, skills, and experiences. A group of people—the Gifted—can steal and redistribute memories. Etta is secretly one of them, but she hasn’t used her Gifted abilities since she left the rebel Shadows following her mother’s accident two years ago. But when her mother is again in danger, Etta has no choice but to return to the underground group in order to complete her greatest heist and save her mother’s life.

DNF 👎🏻
Revisado: 04-27-25
This book had the potential to be captivating, but, regrettably, I had to abandon it midway. The storyline failed to engage me; it felt shallow and lacked the intrigue I was hoping for. The narration was particularly disappointing, lacking the depth and nuance that could have brought each character to life. Overall, it simply did not deliver the immersive experience I was looking for.

Clean and wholesome
Revisado: 04-21-25
This book features a powerful storyline that beautifully captures emotional depth. As someone striving to refine their reading style, I find myself wishing for more narrators and stories like these to create a duet style, bringing even more vibrancy to the characters on the pages.

The fact that I couldn’t finish this book
Revisado: 12-26-24
Due to my hectic work schedule, I primarily listen to audiobooks rather than read physical ones. I've heard numerous positive reviews about TOG, but I have to say that I can't tolerate the narration. It's simply not working for me, and I refuse to put myself through it.
