90 mins of Excellent advice re anger.
Seneca is the father of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
He started self talk and rational behavior therapy.
Anyone give him credit?
The performance is good because the content is difficult.
Recommend the 90 mins.

Worth your time!
I listened to this audio book 3x.
Well written.
Solid research.
Educational.
Entertaining.
50% history of Roman Empire.
The other 50% philosophy. and application to MA’s life.
More history than “Think like a Roman Emperor”.
Author reads his book and does a good job.
I also bought the book.
If you like philosophy and Roman history then get this audio book.

There are a few good takeaways that make this book worth.

1. Chapter 7 alone makes the book worth a credit.

2. The Christian commentary and references to the Bible were well placed. The references are not overdone. Not offensive. Not dogmatic. I don’t agree with the negative reviews that found the commentary too minimal or distracting.

3. The author quickly and succinctly explains and highlights two points: invest in your son’s emotional education and develop habits in steps.

4. It’s a quick listen. The book makes a parent reevaluate your approach and adjust as needed.

5. I recommend this book even if you’re not experiencing very difficult issues with your son.

6. I give it 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I will listen to some chapters 2 or 3 times. Take a few notes.
