My therapist told me I needed to meditate. LOL. Flunking that she told me start with mindfulness. Umm ok. What is it? Well this book which I did not expect to be interesting was not only a quick read but very helpful! Brushing teeth, driving, writing this review. Useful exercises at end of chapters.
Audible for me was way to go and the author herself reads it. She interjects personal stories and her journey with how mindfulness has impacted her life. It’s a delightful book!

So much potential! Grrr…

First of all, I’m a 60 yr old sci fi mom who is not into D&D. Second: Absolutely loved the first 2 books of this series, love the AI fetish, needs more! Cookbook great but thought he could use it to do more against the Borant or just something. The train system is a jumbled mess. Was actually same old same old for me at least. Missed Mortichae. Train system was boring for me. Voices excellent as always. Not sure if I’m going to continue though I still love the characters.

I’m dealing with some very scary health crap, I listen to audio books at night to keep my mind from spiraling. My 32 yr old daughter recommended this book. It was cheap, what the heck. Not sure of the first couple chapters. Realized it’s a verbal dnd game which I have NEVER played. But put it on couple more times. Now I’m writing my first review and buying the second book!
Narrator is awesome! I thought numerous people were in this! Main characters crack me up specially when I need it. That’s priceless, laughter.
