I read and listened to this book. I will go back to specific chapters to hear certain exercises or thoughts again to get back on track. I enjoyed the audio book and the readers performance as well.

My therapist told me I needed to meditate. LOL. Flunking that she told me start with mindfulness. Umm ok. What is it? Well this book which I did not expect to be interesting was not only a quick read but very helpful! Brushing teeth, driving, writing this review. Useful exercises at end of chapters.
Audible for me was way to go and the author herself reads it. She interjects personal stories and her journey with how mindfulness has impacted her life. It’s a delightful book!
