Historia
Frank is a miserable old curmudgeon. An agoraphobic recluse and widower whose only company is the 'ghost' of his wife, Marcie. He is estranged from friends and family and is entirely cut off from the rest of the world. That is until he meets Red. Red is six years old. He's a funny, imaginative, and kind little boy who - following the separation of his parents - moves in next door. Red is fascinated by his new neighbour and seemingly oblivious to Frank's grumpy demeanour and strange ways.

Humorous and Heartwarming
Revisado: 03-22-25
Whitty and cleverly written. Excellent narration. Hits real life square on the head with the most endearing story. I enjoyed every moment and couldn't stop listening. Can't wait to hear more from Matt Coyne.

The AI voice. I found it unreal
Revisado: 02-26-25
I’m not a fan of AI voices. I think they lack real emotion, especially in certain situations.

Historia
It was 1970 in a defeated Rhode Island fishing town. Vietnam and Nixon dominated the national news. Both the near and distant future looked bleak. But they were five inseparable high school friends with something incredible in common: an unwavering resolve to look after each other no matter what hell life threw at them. And they were on a mission. The plan was simple: Go off the grid before they turned 18 to avoid the draft. They’d sell some grass, stack some cash, then head west and start a commune. What could possibly go wrong?
