Great part of the series

The only thing that bothered me is the characterization that the young boy was nine years old. The way they did his voice and what he was interested in it was more like a four-year-old in my opinion. Other than that, the book was great.

One of the best I've listened to so far

This book is hilarious and I think what makes it even better is that Kevin Hart narrates it. I'm not sure it would be as funny if I was reading it to myself. I have been listening to this during my commute and have literally laughed out loud several times. Everything from the chapter titles to his real life experiences keep you wanting to listen for me. He even inserts some life lesson nuggets that are surprisingly relevant for me. I highly recommend this book if you want to laugh but it's definitely not one to listen to with young kids in the car!

Very repetitive - may be better in hard copy

Would you try another book from Jimmy Moore and Dr. Jason Fung and/or Jimmy Moore?
I liked the content but how many times can you hear "check with a medical professional before beginning a fast" ??? I think this may be better in a hard copy version where you can flip through and use it more of a reference. Listening to it read straight through was painful.
What could Jimmy Moore and Dr. Jason Fung have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
It wasn't meant to be an audio book unless you just gave a summary. Very repetitive... I feel like you could put all the content in a couple of chapters.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
He was a little slow for my liking and manually speeding it up was too fast.
Did The Complete Guide to Fasting inspire you to do anything?
It did inspire me to do a 24 or 36 hour fast. It solidified everything I have heard from Dr. Fung before.
