Perfect! - One to cherish

Like Wayne Dyer, this collection of thoughts will (mostly) resonate. I like listening to this in traffic or after a real heavy day. Its different to most books, because you don't actually have to listen to each thought, and if you miss out on one idea, there's always another just round the corner.

I would class this book as almost meditative in nature.

Excellent - but get it for free by Googling

I love this show, but why would you pay for it on Audible where you can download it in a myriad of ways, 100% legally, just by typing the name of the program in google?

The producers of the show (at time of writing) are producing podcasts and streams of their shows all for free!

Just what I was looking for. This is great and delivers on its promise. Its like getting a little box full of quotation cards, and have each read out to you.

I listen to it whenever I feel I need a little advice spiritually, and its so very useful.

It'll grow on you

A previous reviewer was right about the voice, but the content is so
relevant and concise. Actually, I was quick to judge this the first time, but I can assure you, the voice may not be great, but the information is exceptionally useful. Give it a try.

Good - but not great!

Why do publishers give misleading titles?

I expected an innovative, exciting book that gave me a way to make a workplace fun, exciting, even fresh. I got a nasally author telling me, in a very roundabout way how he ran a power company.

NOT VERY RELEVANT and far, far too wordy. You really will struggle to get through it all.

My favourite Book on Audible

This is the only audible book I really cherish and I have listen to twice, if not more. Fred gives so many examples that just identify perfectly with corporate life = but on the other hand, the narration is almost like a lecture, not a book. You will change the way you work with people after reading this book.

Misleading Title

Although this is a somewhat interesting listen, I take two exceptions to this book. Firstly, it is hardly about business ethics at all, but actually about devout christians who "honour the lord" through their work. The second part, is that the interview subjects are not leaders at all, but are people that I have never heard of. Some of the interview subjects aren't even winners - they are people who are ex-bankrupts and convicted felons.

What I did see as a recurring theme is that the interview subjects came from a a very small geographic area, and all speak about their love of god. This should really be in the religion section with an appropriate title!

If you really want to hear and learn about Business Ethics, try Fred Kofmans e-book - also available on audible. Its 50 times better value, both in cost and educational value.

Great Book - Absolutely Fantastic Narration

This book is delivered in two parts, a non fiction element spoken by the authors, and a modern day parable, spoken by the narrator.

The non-fiction element has excellent narration, and the affirmations and messages are really inpsiring and home-hitting, no matter how far you are on the way to being a millionaire. I cant overemphasise how good this book is to listen to!

I didn't care for the second (fiction story) element of the book - it was just too contrived and not very interesting (trying too hard to tug at the heart strings). But hey! 6 hours of excellent content out of 12 hours still makes this book an absolute bargain.
