I enjoy listening to this as I fall asleep. It calms & heals my soul. I love the idea that Louise's gentle words will permeate my subconscious as I sleep. In my waking hours my mind is calmer and quieter, almost like there's now order to the chaos.
I notice after a few nights listening, more magic certainly does unfold in my world. Love this audio.

Would you consider the audio edition of 101 Power Thoughts to be better than the print version?

Absolutely, because no matter where you are such as in traffic or working on a grueling project at work you can turn on this book and have positive reinforcements playing in your ear reminding you to keep your thoughts powerful,positive and happy. A book BFF that gives you a motivating push to keep your thoughts where they should and where they serve you best.

I have listened to many audio's by Louise Hay and her voice alone is so comforting and positive. Her life story is inspiring and motivating. Her advice and thoughts/beliefs of life are simple and make sense. This book is a great pick me up.

What did you learn from 101 Power Thoughts that you would use in your daily life?

This brings me back to the thoughts and person I strive to be when having a bad day or thinking negatively about another or a situation. Very inspiring and uplifting.

This was a beautifully read book by Louise Hay. Although the background music could have been a little lower in the background and her voice raised up more, It was still an enjoyable piece of work. It's very inspirational and life lifting and affirming. Thank you Louise Hay, may you rest in peace
