Repetitive research paper

This is more of a research paper than a book, with numbered subheadings, and repeated information under several subheadings (read as "one dot one dot four", for example). I had to pause to investigate whether the audiobook had an error after hearing nearly identical paragraphs in succession, but they are different paragraphs (slightly) under different subheading numbers. I had not gotten very far in listening before hearing a sentence about "electrocuting small animals" uttered four times. The virtual voice narrator does a decent job, and I could stand listening to it for the four hours of the book, but I won't be spending four hours on this repetitive report.
