This book is so well structured, and written in a scientific (not too scientific) way that is captivating, intriguing, and filled with absolutely incredible and useful advice for all of us struggling with our day-to-day life, energy, attention, prioritization, productivity, mood, well-being; so many things that have an affect on our individual success and happiness. Everyone should read / listen to this, and practice this advice.
