it was not what i expected. quite boring and i couldn’t get into it. i usually love any book that takes place during ww2 but this was one of the worst.

quite uninteresting

this could have been a good book but it was only about pearl trying to control her sister, and greg as well. i thought it would be an interesting ww2 story but instead there was basically zero details about the war. moreso on pearls feelings about greg and how “wild” he was. i wish i wouldn’t have wasted a credit or my time on it but what do you do.

SO GOOD!! this was such an amazing book. do not hesitate to listen to it. the reader was one of my favorite ones ever and nancy is such a delightful and interesting person. i want to forget this book just so i can listen to it over and over.

it wasn’t a bad story but after listening to the Rose Code i thought it would be so much better then it was because i LOVED the rose code! i liked finn but charlie was slightly annoying and eves stutter was annoying as well. the story was interesting.
