Getting boring and lots of filler

This series is stagnating. It feels like the book is stuffed with filler that doesn’t have any substance. Just lots of fluff that does not progress the story at all. The last book was similar as well. I was listening to the last three books at x2.5 speed because it was just blabbering on and on about stuff that has no weight to the rest of the story. I will be dropping this series.

Need female voice actor

There should be enough characters to justify a female vocalist for their respective parts. Performance rating would be higher if this was rectified. Story is good, vocalist for male characters was fine but having him perform all the other characters as well is not good.

Story progression?

I get the feeling that the story is being dragged out. There wasn’t that much progression story wise. Fights seem to drag on and the amount of fights there are makes that apparently clear. Won’t go into details to refrain from spoiling anything.

The story seems to drag on since the last few books. Lots of over descriptive scenes that aren’t needed to fill out the book and increase word count. That’s the feeling I’m getting anyways. There are a few interesting parts but that’s the problem, they are few in the entire book. He Also switches between other characters at odd times. It seems so random, that you have to figure out who the narrative is following as well.

Performance is fine for only one voice actor. I still prefer it when there are at least two voice actors, one for the male characters and one for the female characters. There are so many characters that the voices of some characters are starting to sound the same.

The voices/narration needs work.

The story is fine, but the voice acting needs work. It's difficult to figure out who is speaking at times. I prefer it when the voice actor provides a different voice to each character. It would be even better if they hired a female voice actor to handle the female charcters.

Great Story, audio portion needs work

Sounds like there were only two distinct female voices. They need to hire a dedicated voice actress for the female characters so they don't almost all sound the same.

Good book!

Good book, an improvement on the previous books in the series. I enjoyed the whole book start to finish, didn't have any issues of some of the previous books.

Very enjoyable book start to end with a good story and narrator! I will recommend this series to friends looking for a rpg story.

The story didn't move anywhere. Main character practically stayed in one spot the whole time. One small event tied this to the main story.

Good listen overall. I feel that there is a bit too much...rambling? not sure how to word it, but there is a lot of information given that isn't necessary. feels like the author is going for higher word count.
