Christopher Hitchins reading his work, God is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything is superb. Written with common sense and eyes-wide-open awareness, this book does something which is seldom dared: It holds religion accountable for its actions. The performance is clear and direct, giving proper inflection to the sound criticisms and modern, as well as historical, import of the text. This book, and this audiobook version read by the author, is an absolute gem. I highly recommend it.
