I am a sucker for raspy voices so I loved the narrator and the accents used.
Although the story is the show-stopper Ursula's work is wonderful in really special way not too long and not too short, the world is less bright without her.

Historia
United States of America, AD 2041. Eustace Fargo's new justice system has been in effect for eight years. The old days of waiting times and backlogs are over: judgement is quick, and sentencing is instantaneous. The old police academies have all shut down, and the new order is triumphant. But are things any better? Unrest is worse than ever. Criminals are more likely to kill rather than be caught. There's a war coming for the streets.

Interesting take on a classic universe
Revisado: 09-01-21
I don't get all the weird reviews, complaining about politics in a freking Judge Dredd book! Those people have ever read Judge Dredd?
Those are interesting stories from a earlier time in the Judge Dredd universe. Now if you are looking forward to the completely bonkers style of the Dredd Universe you probably should pass this one and may I suggest any other audiobook from this universe.
The narrators are really good, no complaints great job making the voices of each character memorable.
Sound Mixing sounds right to me (I don't know what I am doing)

Historia
Here, anthropologist David Graeber presents a stunning reversal of conventional wisdom: He shows that before there was money, there was debt. For more than 5,000 years, since the beginnings of the first agrarian empires, humans have used elaborate credit systems to buy and sell goods - that is, long before the invention of coins or cash. It is in this era, Graeber argues, that we also first encounter a society divided into debtors and creditors.

Historia
Nothing has changed more in the last few decades than our concept and perception of reality. The effects have manifested in our news, entertainment, and Google searches; we're finding that a lot of things we thought were objective aren't automatically so. Reality is not a concept we want to flush down the toilet with yesterday's food, though. However, we must begin to understand how it works in a world where profit is the driving force.

Great simple book to understand leftist thought
Revisado: 09-13-20
I am used to watch Peter's YouTube Channel so most of this ideas were things that I was familiar, but still worthy the listen to hear it coalesced in one work.
And the VA is incredibly close to Peter's voice, I am pretty sure he imitated his speech patterns.
Great book, great listen.
Not indicated to the theory heavyweights although it can be nice to see a fresh simple take on Marxism and anti Capitalism (the irony that Amazon is the avenue is not lost to me but we are in a capitalist society for now)

Historia
It was supposed to be an easy job: find the Dark Star Revolution Starships, destroy them, and go home. But a booby-trapped vessel decimates the Meridian Alliance fleet, leaving Serengeti - a Valkyrie class warship with a sentient AI brain - on her own, wrecked and abandoned in an empty expanse of space. On the edge of total failure, Serengeti thinks only of her crew. She herds the survivors into a lifeboat, intending to sling them into space. But the escape pod sticks in her belly, locking the cryogenically frozen crew inside.

Good idea but shoddy story
Revisado: 04-16-18
I didn't like this book.
Too many cringe worthy times the characters acts strangely and the technology is just wrong.
The only thing worthwhile is the narrator and I feel sorry for her for the bad story she had to read. And I feel sorry for myself for listening it until the disappointing end.

In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

Richard Dawkins' brilliant reformulation of the theory of natural selection has the rare distinction of having provoked as much excitement and interest outside the scientific community as within it. His theories have helped change the whole nature of the study of social biology, and have forced thousands to rethink their beliefs about life.
