This is not another a "What" book. It has both the "Why" and most importantly the "How".

It's better than what I thought
Revisado: 03-06-22
I was hesitant about this book because the author is not crazy famous and basically, I judged the book by the cover. My supervisor passed it to me, and I read it. I was surprised by the amount of value the book brought to me. It changed my mind and opened my eyes to many things I used to do wrong. If you are managing a team, a husband, or a wife, even if you're single (you're managing yourself), this book will help you grow as a person and grow those who surround you through less judging and more understanding. There is a lot more value in this book than what I mentioned. I highly recommend this.

If you want to raise your standard, listen to Ken
Revisado: 08-27-21
Amazing book for individuals and groups. I enjoy listening to Ken's narration. The book will help you raise your standard and tell you why it's important to do so.
He break his methods to small pieces,so it's not difficult to accomplish. I enjoyed listening to his stories. He is not shy to give credits to the those who helped him getting better. He is vulnerable in the book, which made me feel relatable to him. I learned a lot and I will listen to this book again, and will finish all the homework.

Historia
“Coaches rely far too much on asking open-ended questions,” says Marcia Reynolds. But questions only seek answers — inquiry provides insight. When, instead of just questions, clients hear their thoughts, opinions, and beliefs spoken by someone else, it prompts them to critically consider how their thinking affects their goals. Reynolds cites the latest brain science to show why reflective inquiry works and provides techniques, tips, and structures for creating breakthrough conversations.

In his sixth fable, best-selling author Patrick Lencioni takes on a topic that almost everyone can relate to: the causes of a miserable job. Millions of workers, even those who have carefully chosen careers based on true passions and interests, dread going to work, suffering each day as they trudge to jobs that make them cynical, weary, and frustrated. In The Motive, he shifts his attention toward helping them understand the importance of why they're leading in the first place. Shay Davis is the CEO of Golden Gate Alarm, who, after just a year in his role, is beginning to worry about his job and is desperate to figure out how to turn things around.

A must listen book for CEOs/managers
Revisado: 01-02-21
The author succeeds again in delivering a valuable message. This time the message is different than his other books. "Why do you want to be a manager/CEO?". His other books on team building, meeting, etc. This one is different.
This message come in a fictional way. Yet, I can relate to it very well. I love this book and will share it with my team.
As far as for the narrator, I wish he tried to speak in British accent at when needed to make his delivery even better. I rated him 4 out of 5.
