The content was good. I learned a lot and definitely am glad I purchased this audiobook. But listening to the author/narrator was not that enjoyable. He is rather nasal and I’m sorry to fault him for that. I’m grateful he shared his experience and knowledge for others to benefit from. So I thank him for that.

Excellent book! And narrated by Dr. Greger himself - wow! Brilliantly performed! Here are the tools folks. The facts are backed by accredited scientific studies. The message is clear. Eat more plants! Avoid SOS laden processed foods! Move! And most importantly, practice making better choices! We don’t have to be perfect in following a WFPB lifestyle. This book gives you the the absolute healthiest options for optimal health & longevity, but Dr. Greger also let’s you know we don’t have to be saints! He’s realistic. Just make better choices! If it takes a sprinkle of sugar on that grapefruit to get you to eat it… do it! It’s a better choice than eating that donut in the break room! A huge applause and a big hug to you, Dr. Greger for all you do and all you share in hopes of saving more & more lives by spreading the word! Go plant based!
