Historia
Lady Nemea has a secret. Several, actually. Nemea is a goddess on the run, now living in secret as the orphaned daughter of a nobleman. Developing the reputation of being a reclusive shrew, she’s easily kept the majority of gentleman from vying for her hand. However, she might have met her match in a handsome merman who could expose the truth of her identity not to the mortals, but to her father, Zeus. The father who doesn’t even know she exists… Adrian, the Duke of Shellington, feels as empty as the title he uses to take part in the mortal world.

Predictable, yet odd
Revisado: 07-22-25
I liked the story, despite the predictability. The pun of Shellington was silly, but Nemea was a cool name!
The narrator put a lot of work into this. However, some of the pronunciation was confusing. I liked moments when it made characters sound like they were pouty, but other moments felt awkward with the drawl and accent.

a basic and predictable story, a shallow cast of characters, and most atrocious of all: each chapter begins with 2 minutes of useless stats about the village.

disappointing story
Revisado: 07-02-25
so much potential, but the author wants his MC to do everything, be the best at everything he does. there is no struggle, there is no unifying goal to drive the plot. MC succeeds at everything he does, with minimal to no effort.
there is also a lot of flowery language in every scene. "I sat down to think. in my mind, my knowledge was a sapling with every idea a leaf. each new contemplation was a rain drop from the vast universe, forcing the sapling to grow into a mighty oak." descriptors like this are too frequent. nothing is seen as important if everything is so overly described.

poor advancement, shallow MC, garbage motivation, lame system. level 4 and MC is master swordsman, with out ever having held a sword until a week ago. the level progression goes to 100, and now a level 4 is a better swordman than most people. BS writing.

Historia
I was a Hunter, and I honored the Code. For my services to humanity and for leading a "proper" life, I was to be rewarded. A new life after death, and a new world to give me some well-deserved rest. But something went wrong. Once again, I must fight. The Monsters that face me here are far more terrifying than those of my past life. They are cleverer, crueler, more unpredictable. And their name is.

first half of the book is a step by step guide to being a disowned noble. it's boring and offers nothing to the plot, if you can call it such. poor writing, poor translation, poor narration.

This is no ordinary farming saga. My Demonic Farm merges the grit of survival, the thrill of kingdom-building, and the depth of power struggles with a dash of dark humor. In Theo's world, every crop could be your last, and the line between ally and adversary is as thin as a blade's edge.

don't waste your time
Revisado: 06-02-25
5 hours into the story, our MC FINALLY gets to farm. then, disappointingly, everything on the farm is automated, from planting to watering to harvesting. even though the possessed tools do all the work, the MC gets tool proficiency.
the MC lives in a world of magic, but he seems to find it necessary to hide his magic so others dont kill him. this requires him to constantly come up with lies and excuses for every little thing he does, when no one cares about his access to magic.
A complete waste of time.

Historia
Leo wanted to make something out of himself—and build dams. However, the world doesn't want dams. And it mostly doesn't want civil engineers. It doesn't want men who do any sort of building or fighting or grand design, it seems. So, when Leo finds his current girlfriend and boss being threatened by a brutal loan shark and all three of them get dragged through a portal to another world, it doesn't take long for him to decide this is the place for him. Plus, everyone has magic, and who wouldn't want that?

too repetitive
Revisado: 04-08-25
every time the MC takes damage, the system tells him how much damage he took, from which enemy, the consequences of reaching 0 hit points, and to be careful going forward.
at a shop, the merchant tells him what each item is, how much it costs, and how to use it. MC then decides to buy X qty of items A B and C. the system then tells MC how many items he just bought, the description of each item, and how to use it.
it took 7 minutes to buy half a dozen potions.
the same happens with challenges. the challenge is explained by the moderator, then by the system, then by the MC as he explains his interpretation of what he heard, then throughout the challenge by as people shout the win condition every few minutes, in case we forgot.
