I was barely an hour into this audiobook when I opted to purchase the entire series! The flow of the store (which kept me guessing) and the narrators together made a perfect listening experience! I loved this audiobook and can hardly wait to start Don’t Hex and Drive (Stay a Spell, book 2).

This is a story of a blind date gone bad… very bad. Poor Sarah Dearly wakes in a grave with punctures on her neck, as her date is burying her. Before he can explain everything to Sarah he is killed by vampire hunter (well crap). While fleeing from the hunters Sarah finds a guy on a bridge pondering suicide. Luckily for her, he’s also a vampire, a very old vampire.
[spoiler] In a weird twist of fate, one of the vampire hunters is turned into a vampire. Sarah helps him, initially against his will, to adapt to his new normal.
Now she has two vampire suitors…. Who will she pick?
I enjoyed this story of Sarah blundering her way thru her early vampire life.
I did not enjoy the male narrator.

January LaVoy does an amazing job bring Nora Roberts’ books to life. My biggest regret was having to wait to listen to this book, my life was too busy and I wanted to immerse myself and savor every word. Now that I finally made time, I was not disappointed. I find Nora’s character well developed and strongly relatable. Our main character, Morgan, has a dream and a tight budget to make that dream come true. She doesn’t have time for a guy, but one finds her. He carefully and methodically woes her. She didn’t see him coming. [if you read the summary, then you know… But just in case, SPOILER ALERT] He’s a murderous, identity stealing con man. That should be enough to get you stared, trust me, there’s a lot more to this story.

Wow, what a fun ride! I really enjoyed all the details of every time Chloe visited in her journey. It was a scavenger hunt meets escape room (just the mystery solving aspect) meets Cupid [Cupid scavenger hunting in an escape room...doesn't have the same ring lol]

Well...this one really screwed things up, but there wouldn’t be a good romance without a crisis now would there?
I loved the meet-cute, the insta-love, the HOT sex, the crisis and the bold gesture. This book had it all. Differently credit worthy!

The synopsis and reviews gave me hope that this could be a good story, but sadly I was disappointed. The only saving grace was the big reveal/cliffhanger ending, but I will not continue this series.

I thoroughly, thoroughly, thoroughly, enjoyed this audiobook!! It's a boy (Prince) meets girl (commoner) feel-good story. Who doesn't love that? Applause to the narrators Andi Arendt and Shane East (Shane your accent is yummy!!) I like the alternating his and hers chapters. I'm really looking forward the the next installment.
