I don't know you but I can guess this about you- you are tired of spending money on books filled with soundbites and no substance; you feel too many authors create repetitive work with superficial relevance; you just want good value for your money when you get a book. Is this right?
Have you given up on getting such a book? Well Chris Voss finally made opened my eyes to how much I have lost simply by not understanding negotiations.
It's incredible how the author provides value throught this book. Valuable tool for anyone's negotiation arsenal.
