Having read ,years ago, the other two Bronte sisters works albeit required reading for high school. I was once again drawn by way of a biography on the Bronte's. And having never read the youngest sister, Anne's works deemed it time but had no time except on the way to work. So steering wheel in hand and audio book in my ear I listened to some of the best writing since my earlier years. She is as wonderful a writer as her sisters or Jane Austin. And Emilia Fox did her proud.
I so well liked this offering I bought her other book.

The first time I met Chase Parker, I didn't exactly make a good impression. I was hiding in the bathroom hallway of a restaurant, leaving a message for my best friend to save me from my awful date. He overheard and told me I was a bitch, then proceeded to offer me some dating advice. So I told him to mind his own damn business and went back to my miserable date. I couldn't help but sneak hidden glances at the condescending jerk on the other side of the room. Of course, he caught me on more than one occasion, and winked.

Where does one begin? I spent the money on the trilogy and was enjoying it in the beginning with a little niggling in the back of my head( maybe this is a first time author... it will get better) but it got very over done with ever turn of the page. Don't get me wrong it had E V E R Y T H I N G you've read in ALL other romance/erotic. Billionaire,tattoos,ripped abs,eyes to die for,brooding,sexy and so much sex over and over you'd think that's all the books were about. In others words, you lose the plot over and over again. The narrator, I didn't like her at first but soon blotted her out. The male narrator I thought was better suited to the storytelling even though it was told from the heroine's point of view. Sadly the plot really should have made the bricks of the story and sex- the cement not the other way around.
