This was almost perfect..I am still giving it 5 stars, but really 4.75 because it ended super abruptly....we needed like 1 more sentence....it was weird...

Reese needs a new job, and has been applying all over....she goes on a date that is not going well and meets HIM....Chase...Mr Bossman...of course he is super gorgeous and they are drawn to each other....Well fate is a cray thing and she keeps running into him..and ends up working for his company like a month later....The have a whirlwind romance...but both these people have damaged pasts...and Mr Chase runs hot/cold...Reese doesn't give up though...and they get their beautiful HEA!!

I swear romance books are ruining me for all other men....because these kinda guys do not really exist...LOL

If you could sum up Bossman in three words, what would they be?

Bloody brilliant story, characters, and plot development. The author's protagonists were so well-crafted, with believable actions, reactions, and flaws. This really brought the story to life and made it hard not to sink deep into the unfolding drama and romance.
The cover threw me a little. While I love it, as heck, the guy is so sexy, and yes, the heat in the story is incredible, this book is so much more than a hot dude on a cover. It did mean the light sexy read I was expecting didn't come into fruition. Boss Man is deep and at times heavy. The combination made for an incredible read.

Quite a romance . Heartfelt and charming and heartbreaking . Best dialog , best sexiness , best belly laughs, best storytelling of office romance in quite a while. The best narration ever! Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell are without doubt brilliant !
I will look for more from these two narrating geniuses .

Average story. Average Narration. The male Narrator grated on my nerves a little. Not the best I've ever read but will do in a jam or for a light holiday read.

Bossman...*sigh*.....wow! I'm not a fan of contrived drama, you know the type where someone misunderstands something that could have been easily cleared up with a 30 second conversation but instead it spans like 5 chapters?!?!?! I truly dislike those types of books. While this book had drama it wasn't the contrived kind, it was good 'ol ordinary life kind.

Chase Parker...you have been added to my swoon list! He's hot, he's brilliant, he doesn't talk about his millions but he's been standing still for 7 years. He had an emotional event that left him trapped in his own head, unable to move on, until he meets Reece....and called her a *itch, LOL! Yeah it wasn't a classic love meeting, and it wasn't instalove, but it was sweet and laugh out loud funny!

I adored all of these characters, I want to read more about them and plan on heading over and downloading several by this author. As for the duel narration, I really liked it! They both had emotion, they both sounded great, and have I mentioned the Chase Parker Character is swoon worthy?

I would recommend this book even if you had to pay full price....just WOW!

I had seen this book all over, so many people were talking about it, I was interested but I never really made an effort to read it.

Shame on me.

This was my first book by Vi Keeland and I was very impressed. Her writing style is smooth and effortless. It flows and makes you forget the outside world exists.

I listened to this book on audio and felt myself swept away into Chase and Reese's lives. I what's swooning so hard I nearly fell over so many times during the story, especially during the epilogue!

Quick, use that credit!!! This was one of the best and best read books I've listened to yet. Chase and Reese are adorable, fun and sexy. You will love them and love this story. The narration is spot on and makes this story just that much better. Get it! Read it! Enjoy it!!
