Historia
Less a how-to manual than a tribute to an impossible and impossibly rewarding profession, It Won't Be Easy captures the experience of teaching in all its messy glory. Though directed at prospective and newer teachers, It Won't Be Easy is mercifully short on jargon and long on practical wisdom, accessible to anyone - teacher, student, parent, pundit - who is interested in a behind-the-curtain look at teaching and willing to understand that, while there are no simple answers, there is power in learning to ask the right questions.

This guy explains being a teacher magically. He gave great details and perspective that I wouldn't dream of. Boy I hope I'm ready!

In case you ever wondered, representation matters. When you're used to seeing yourself reflected within the popular content you consume, this is probably not something you think about much. For those of us on the fringes or whom are only most recently starting to be acknowledged across entertainment and institutions, representation is long overdue. I'm no expert on this topic because my experiences have been so unique. I'm more of the exception than the rule, yet I understand and agree that there are some seriously underserved groups. I want to see more folks who look like me in the content I ...

We're there's a will there's a way!
Revisado: 04-06-22
I am a new listener. I feel like Darnell is a smart young guy that has a lot of wise things to say. This episode was a little slower, I think intentionally. Because he is trying to lead the listener somewhere. The background is just a part of the canvas that helps you understand why the journey starts early on and with your experiences in life. By the end I was left with, where there is a will there is a way.
