Nutrition is causing this mental health epidemic!

This is Awesome! As a registered dietitian for decades, I had not had these insights into amino acid treatment of our mental health. I see ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mood issues as the result of Nutrition problems. The food industry pushing sugar, starch and seed oils are causing this epidemic. Take her advice!

The reading was so very maddening. I have no idea what the reader was going for here but I found it absolutely maddening that she would break each sentence into random short segments. It was so utterly and distracting that I had to delete the book.

I can't believe that they have no labels on The individual downloads except part 16, chapters 1 through 50… They had to label them anyway, why didn't they just label them by the book names. That would be the only thing wrong with it – the readings are fantastic.
