Little kids may not get every aspect of this, but the storylines are quite entertaining and grab you. You will have no trouble keeping interest with this story, and all three of the stories came together to make for a wonderful compilation for a road trip.

One hell of a ride
Revisado: 07-29-22
The latest installment of this. I have no words. Cliffhanger at the end absolutely and rages me because I’m going to have to wait until the next installed it comes out. But so far every single in Sauget that I have waited for her husband well worth the wait. People don’t look at this very raw and real picture of what could be if we allow our country to continue into a tailspin that it is currently at. Sometimes I look at this fictional book as of eight story, other times I look at it as a manual for how things could, and sometimes should go. The narrator is great, the character development and appearances of new characters keep constantly wanting to know more, and guessing sometimes the motivations of people going through a very real possible existence. A good instruction: start the series from the beginning, and while waiting for the next installment get into the Charlie’s requiem series as well. You won’t be sorry….

Wait for it.
Revisado: 11-21-21
The Bouncing between multiple characters and viewpoints of first-person Vice third person seem frenetic at times. even with that, Kramer's character involvement and specific time to the ending which I didn't see coming, made this one of the best books. the whole going home series is great as well, if you haven't checked it out you should.

Historia
The only possible thing that could make Morgan's world even more difficult happened. The Japanese fleet off the coast of California was wiped out. An even that Morgan and friends and family only knew about because of the radio broadcasts from the Radio Free Redoubt. So far removed from them it barely warranted notice. That is until the Chinese retaliated by launching a nuclear counter-strike against Mac Dill Air Force base. This, did warrant their attention and had the potential to profoundly impact their lives.

I love the post apocalyptic world idea, kinda scares me with where the world is headed. I like the author's candor and the raw natured world that A. American composed makes for literary gold. I look forward to the other books. Stay golden.

Revisado: 11-12-20
I have loved every bit of this guy's writing from the word go. I shall continue to buy every book that this guy writes, the characters are great, and the situations are brutally realistic. Each entry is one with it own unique view of a world teetering on the verge of entering a downward spiral.

the multiple switching viewpoints made it seem very Quentin Tarantinoesque, but once I figured out some of the who is who of the book I couldn't stop listening. watching the evolution of this author and his craft has been extremely rewarding to say the least, and I am so looking forward to the next installment.

Lusam grew up in the relative safety of the Elveen mountains with his grandmother. She taught him the basics of magic and discovered, quite by accident, that he possessed a unique skill never seen before: the ability to hide his magical aura from the mage-sight of others. Dark secrets surround Lusam's origins, and the dark agents of the Empire will stop at nothing to kill Lusam.

if anybody is looking for a great series that is good to listen to in the company of your younger audience or Blended age group of children in the car this is it. Wonderful road trips, and leaves you hanging on every little moment without being too much like your typical Lord of the Rings type book.

Nestled deep in Litchfield Hills, Connecticut, a 1790 farmhouse sits near the epicenter of a paranormal commotion. The family that resides there regularly encounters its own ancestors and strangers - human and nonhuman - who seemingly occupy the same physical space in our world while remaining in their own parallel worlds. When famous ghost hunters Ed and Lorraine Warren investigated, they dubbed it "Ghost Central".

a tiny bit dirty
Revisado: 08-24-17
I've been happy to share this series with my children who are six and nine and the first volume did not have enough material that in my opinion was objectionable at all. This one on the other hand slight bit more of the darkness of the human heart and Lusty in some aspects. overall well-integrated to fit into the series and it also gives you that real John Wayne McLintock type aspect of Garen. I'm a big fan and I recommend it to anybody else who is listening in on the series, the prequel is definitely worth it!
