Fantastic keto book!

I LOVE this book! Though it does not include a meal plan for vegans specifically, the amount of information included in the book allowed me to create my own vegan keto meal plan. I love her style because she follows a whole-food diet / organic approach and backs up the information with studies. The book is very well organized, includes excellent charts that simplify the information, and can be used as a reference. This book is so easy to hear that it makes it possible for anyone to be keto!

Most of all, you cannot make them want to get help. As I read through this book I realized that I had been doing everything wrong. I learned what true love is, and It finally gave me the courage to let go and let God. I finally have peace and know that no matter what, God is in control and I am doing the right thing by letting go.

This answers essentially all of the questions I had about becoming a father. It addresses things like how to prepare/organize your nursery, how to pick up your baby (with diagrams!), how and when to start feeding your baby. All of these things are probably common sense to people who are already parents, but if you're expecting your first, this will answer questions you may never have thought to ask. What's more, the book is written in a simple, humorous, easy-to-read way that makes its advice clear - it's hard to put down! I chose this book because it was written in part by a pediatrician, which means I feel most of the advice is coming from an evidence-based toolset.
