This book has changed the direction of my life overnight. Good information and reminders for people in sales, especially those new to the profession. Although those who have been in the game much longer and are serious students of their craft a lot of the information will be already known. The book is worth it if you have no knowledge about how to read people at all. If you do have knowledge about non verbal communication I would pass.
