Very helpful and informative

A ton of info in this book, much of it psychological in nature. It helped me figure out the “why” of some long-time bad habits. For me, knowing why I’ve been eating and drinking at certain times of the day which has led to substantial weight gain made me feel better about myself. For the first time, I feel better equipped to change my patterns using the tools in this book. The appendix alone is like your own personal toolbox for change. I would highly recommend this book for anyone stuck in a destructive habit loop. I did have to speed up the author reading, though.
