It's not awful.

This was a rather straightforward read. Nonetheless, I found a portion of the data to be in conflict with the techniques mentioned. The info was presented in a kind and welcome manner by the author. This is a good book for beginners. Despite the fact that there was a lot of information on European practices, there was relatively little information about various societies.

This is an excellent audiobook on social skill awareness and improvement of it. The narrator has clearly stated the understanding and true measurement of socially active personality, where he also stated the symbols of how one can get passed the socially awkward situation. It was really a pleasant listen and I enjoyed the audiobook very much.
Everyone should listen to an audiobook like this and follow the teachings of it. develop the skills that are needed to be a more social being and enjoy a social life.

Not that I am a very shy person, but I have always had struggles being confident in the presence of a big crowd. This listen has helped me understand my value and self-worth and to not be afraid when dealing with a big audience.
