The performance was uninspired and the narrator kept mispronouncing words like Subaru and Sepulveda/ If you're like me when someone mispronounces a word it bothers me and takes away from the flow of the story. That's why I gave the performance stars. The Not good but Great News is the author MSE has another book on AUDIBLE!!!! As you no doubt guessed I have a HUGE Man Crush on Michael-Scott Earle, but he write Fun books. This book was fun!! It was a little short but still worth a credit. If you are more interested in books with "Meaning" or "sophistication" you should check Great Courses or Classical Literature. This book is just smutty Fun, Can't wait for the next book - enjoy!

It has a kind of corny start but it really took off and caught and held my attention. I highly recommend it to any sci-fi/fantasy listeners. CCANNOT wait for the next book in the series!

Not the Third in the series

Tess Irondale really saved this book for me, she was her usual awesome self as the narrator so I can't blame her for the mediocre quality of the material.
This has been billed as the third installment of the "Good Intentions" series, well it wasn't. It was instead an anthology of 8 short stories that only included Alex and Lorelei in one of the stories. I was really kind of disappointed in the authors greed trying to pass this off as a third book to those of his fans who were in love with the first two books. If you loved the first two books you will probably buy it but if you are wondering whether it is worth it I am VERY SAD to say you should give this a pass and use your credits for a GOOD book.

OK - to start with I laughed my A$$ off over this book. I was at work listening to this book and kept laughing out loud. people kept stopping by my desk and asking what was going on. Jeffery Kafer did an incredible job of narration. As soon as I get done with this comment I am going to buy the sequel!! I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! Stop reading my comment and BUY THIS BOOK!!!!!!

I LOVED this book!! The story was great and all my Co-workers were looking at me and wondering what iwas laughing about!! I loved the 2 narrators and can't wait for the next Samhain LaCroix novel. try it you'll love it!!
