I didn't realize that I struggled with ADHD until my 40's, so I am always looking for good resources and aids. I really appreciated how straightforward and down-to-earth this audiobook is. There’s no fluff—just honest, helpful guidance that speaks to the real challenges of living with ADHD. It made me feel understood, not judged. I’ve already started using a few of the tips in my daily routine.
